Remembering Mick for his support, both personall and professionall, of my Niece Georgie a fellow paramedic who was a long standing friend of his and the family. This support was reciprocated most recently in Mick's later days as Georgie, his and Deb's next door neighbour, was able to offer personal care, organised his medication and provided paramedics with full hand over as he was taken to hospital. Her sense of loss is significant but the memories stay true in her heart and will be with her forever. He will be greatly missed. Personally, I recall his bear hugs and great stories as one afternoon we shared coffee at blue water from 3pm to 8pm. An epic but fun catchup with Mick and Georgie. Sending our condolences to all the family.
